Students use the Career Discovery system because it is intuitive, and provides a step-by-step process in Career Planning.  Viewing the Discovery cards helps students discover their likes and relate what they like and do well to industries and specific career interest areas.  The Career Discovery card system also encourages and empowers them to believe that they can plan and pursue a career based on their main personal interests.  The Career Discovery system introduces students to the 16 career clusters through their strong interests.
